I spent years living a life that others expected of me, even though I was always ambitious with lots of goals and dreams. I worked my way up a career ladder that I just feel into, pretending to be happy. I didn’t think I had a choice! This was just life. I have to get on with it like everyone else

The Power of Positive Thinking for women is a short 4 week course that gives you practical tips for life changing results. Let’s dive in to what we’ll cover in the next four weeks:

Week One

What do I want from life? Who am I, and what is my purpose? The most important relationship you will ever have in this life-time, is the relationship with yourself. The first step to finding more clarity bout the life you want to create for yourself is understanding and identifying your Personal Core Values. You will be guided through a simple process of self-discovery so you can finally take those first few steps towards a more meaningful & purposeful life.

Week Two

If only I were more confident, then I would (insert excuse here______). Unfortunately that is a reality that I hear too often. Let me share a little secret with you. Confidence is not something “we have”, confidence is something we create for ourselves. You will learn some simple but very effective exercises that will help you gain the confidence you need to finally start taking action and feel more relaxed in your ability to make better choices for yourself.

Week Three

The Power of Positive Affirmations will be unveiled to you. What you think about and focus on the most is exactly what is going to show up in your life, over and over again. Think about it, if you say that you can’t do something, and repeat it to yourself over and over, then guess what…..you’re not going to be able to do it! Get ready to step into the person you really want to be. Learn to really believe in yourself again. I can do it, and I am good enough. No longer will you be afraid to try new things and give up on yourself and your dreams. There is only one you, and you are worth the time, effort and dedication necessary to succeed! How amazing is that!

Week Four

By now you are feeling great, and much more optimistic about everything in your life! You have started to believe in yourself again. A priceless gift. Now ready to learn how to assert yourself, so you can feel confident about asking for the things that you want in your life. This is the secret sauce. If we cannot put a voice to our desires then that is why we end up settling for less. That is why we take the safe path. Never realising our potential or having the courage to really live the life we want to be living. Won’t it be great to look back one day on your life and say, I did my best and I have no regrets.

Guided Relaxations– Mindfulness is an extremely powerful tool that improves not only your mental health but also your physical and emotional well-being. You will learn the basic practices of mindfulness through weekly guided meditations and exercises. Each week you will leave feeling inspired, rested, more relaxed, less stressed and motivated
